La ticlopidine est un inhibiteur de l'agrégation plaquettaire de la famille des thiénopyridines..

Indications thérapeutiques :

  • Prévention de la thrombose subaiguë sur endoprothèse coronaire
  • Prévention des accidents ischémiques majeurs.
  • Prévention des complications thrombotiques artérielles
  • Prévention des thromboses itératives des abords artérioveineux en hémodialyse chronique.

Posologie :

A titre indicatif :

ADULTE. Voie orale.

  • On générale dans l'ensemble des indications la posologie est de500 mg de Ticlopidine par jour.

Contre-indications :

  • Hypersensibilité au principe actif ou à l'un des autres constituants du produit.
  • Antécédents de troubles hématologiques
  • Ulcère gastroduodénal en période d'activité  
  • Diathèses hémorragiques,
  • Accident vasculaire cérébral hémorragique en phase aiguë,
  • Hémopathies comportant un allongement du temps de saignement,

Effets secondaires :

Les  plus fréquents :

  • Nausées,
  • Diarrhée,
  • Saignements ou hématomes
  • Éruption cutanée,
  • Démangeaisons,

Interactions médicamenteuses:

  • Acide acétylsalicylique
  • Ciclosporine
  • Phénytoïne,
  • Théophylline
  • Anticoagulants oraux
  • Héparines
  • Thrombolytiques
